Terms and Conditions

 1. Price Match Guarantee 

EZY Outdoor Blinds offers a Price Match Guarantee on comparable products and services. To qualify, customers must provide a written competitor quote dated within the last 30 days for the same product specifications, materials, and installation conditions. The competitor must be a licensed and insured business operating within the same service area. EZY Outdoor Blinds reserves the right to verify the quote and assess its eligibility. The Price Match Guarantee is subject to approval and may not apply in cases of pricing errors, clearance sales, or bundled/promotional offers. Final decisions regarding eligibility are at the sole discretion of EZY Outdoor Blinds. 


2. Warranty 

All outdoor blinds supplied by EZY Outdoor Blinds include a 5-year warranty on hardware and components and a 10-year fabric warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and applies to products purchased for external applications and intended for resale or use in trade, production, or installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by third parties, unauthorized modifications, or environmental events such as storms or natural disasters. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period from the date of purchase and require valid proof of purchase. 


3. Installation and Payment Terms 

A deposit is required upfront to secure all installation bookings. The remaining balance is due either on the scheduled installation date or before installation is completed and must be paid on-site. Accepted payment methods include cash (exact amount only), payment portal link, credit card, or direct bank transfer. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in suspension of installation services and/or legal action. 


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

Once a job is booked and the deposit is paid; the order is considered confirmed and binding. EZY Outdoor Blinds does not offer refunds or accept cancellations for booked jobs under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for confirming accurate measurements, product selections, and obtaining any necessary approvals prior to installation. 


5. Liability and Disclaimers 

EZY Outdoor Blinds is not liable for damages caused by improper installation by third parties, unauthorized modifications, or misuse of products. The company is also not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Customers must ensure that the site is safe, accessible, and ready for installation. 


6. Privacy and Data Protection 

EZY Outdoor Blinds is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected for the purpose of processing orders and providing services will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties, except as required by law. Customers may request access to their personal information at any time by contacting EZY Outdoor Blinds. 


7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions 

EZY Outdoor Blinds reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or through direct customer notification.
