QUOTES & ACCEPTANCE
All quotations provided by EZY Outdoor Blinds are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Acceptance of a quotation may be made in writing, electronically, or by payment of the required deposit. Once accepted, the quotation becomes a binding agreement between EZY Outdoor Blinds and the customer.
All products supplied by EZY Outdoor Blinds are custom-made to suit the customer's specific measurements, selections, and installation requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all product specifications, colours, quantities, operation methods, and installation details prior to accepting their quotation.
Any changes requested after acceptance may result in additional costs, manufacturing delays, or the requirement for a revised quotation.
PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
EZY Outdoor Blinds supplies custom-made outdoor blinds using quality materials and components.
Product specifications, colours, operation methods, fabrics, and component selections will be outlined in the customer's quotation.
EZY Outdoor Blinds reserves the right to substitute components with equivalent products where required due to supplier availability or manufacturer changes.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit is required to confirm acceptance of a quotation and commence manufacturing.
The remaining balance is due on installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include direct bank transfer, credit card, or cash (exact amount only).
EZY Outdoor Blinds reserves the right to withhold installation, final handover, or warranty documentation until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.
Failure to make payment in accordance with these terms may result in additional recovery costs, interest charges, and/or legal action.
MANUFACTURING & LEAD TIMES
All products supplied by EZY Outdoor Blinds are custom-made to order.
Any lead times provided by EZY Outdoor Blinds are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, freight delays, weather conditions, public holidays, site access requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control.
While every effort will be made to complete orders within the estimated timeframe provided, EZY Outdoor Blinds will not be liable for delays arising from factors outside of our reasonable control.
Installation dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
EZY Outdoor Blinds will endeavour to notify customers of any significant delays affecting their order.
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the installation area on the scheduled installation date.
Prior to installation, customers are responsible for removing or protecting any furniture, decorations, vehicles, or other items that may obstruct access to the work area.
Where required, access to a suitable power source must be available during installation.
Children and pets should be kept clear of the work area for the duration of the installation.
Customers must ensure all necessary approvals, permissions, body corporate approvals, or landlord approvals have been obtained prior to installation.
If installation cannot proceed due to site access issues, unsafe conditions, missing approvals, or circumstances outside of EZY Outdoor Blinds' control, additional charges may apply for a return visit. EZY Outdoor Blinds will not be responsible for any costs, delays, or losses arising from these circumstances.
WARRANTY
EZY Outdoor Blinds provides the following warranties from the date of installation:
While EZY Outdoor Blinds utilises quality components designed for Australian outdoor conditions, including coastal environments, exposure to salt air and other harsh environmental conditions may accelerate normal wear over time. Abrasive cleaners, chemicals, solvents, or harsh cleaning products must not be used on any blind components or fabrics.
These warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and operating conditions.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper operation, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, third-party repairs, normal wear and tear, or events outside of EZY Outdoor Blinds' control including severe weather, storms, flooding, fire, or other natural events.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period and may require proof of purchase, photographs, and access for inspection.
EZY Outdoor Blinds reserves the right to inspect, repair, replace, or provide an equivalent solution for any product determined to be covered under warranty.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
All goods and services supplied by EZY Outdoor Blinds are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and any applicable consumer guarantees.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
EZY Outdoor Blinds offers a Price Match Guarantee on identical product specifications and installation conditions.
To be eligible, customers must provide a written quote from a licensed and insured competitor dated within the last 30 days. The quote must be for the same brands, specifications, materials, operation method, and installation conditions.
All price match requests are subject to verification and approval by EZY Outdoor Blinds. The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to clearance sales, promotional offers, bundled packages, pricing errors, or products and services that do not match the quoted specifications.
CANCELLATIONS & VARIATIONS
As all products supplied by EZY Outdoor Blinds are custom-made to order, cancellations or change of mind requests may not be possible once manufacturing has commenced.
Any deposit paid may be retained to cover costs incurred, including consultation, administration, materials, manufacturing, and supplier charges.
Any changes requested after acceptance of a quotation may result in additional costs and/or delays. EZY Outdoor Blinds reserves the right to issue a revised quotation where required.
Where customer-requested changes require products to be remanufactured or reordered, all associated costs will be payable by the customer.
PRIVACY
EZY Outdoor Blinds respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
Personal information collected for the purpose of providing quotations, processing orders, scheduling installations and providing ongoing customer support will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
EZY Outdoor Blinds will not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law or where necessary to provide our products and services.
GENERAL TERMS & LIABILITY
EZY Outdoor Blinds will not be liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events, supplier delays, freight delays, or site access issues.
To the extent permitted by law, EZY Outdoor Blinds will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the supply, installation, or use of our products.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time a quotation is accepted will apply to that order.
Acceptance of a quotation, payment of a deposit, or commencement of manufacturing constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
