Warranty
All outdoor blinds supplied by EZY Outdoor Blinds are covered by an up to 5-year warranty (depending on product) against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by third parties, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors such as storms or natural disasters. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the date of purchase and require proof of purchase.
Installation and Payment Terms
A deposit is required upfront to secure all bookings. The remaining balance is due on the scheduled installation date, payable on-site prior to the completion of the installation. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, or direct bank transfer. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in the suspension of installation services and/or legal action.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once a job is booked and the deposit is paid, the order is considered confirmed and binding. EZY Outdoor Blinds does not offer refunds or cancellations for booked jobs under any circumstances.
Liability and Disclaimers
EZY Outdoor Blinds is not liable for any damages resulting from improper installation by third parties, unauthorized modifications, or misuse of products. The company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible site conditions for installation.

Personal information collected for the purpose of processing orders and providing services will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
